The day has come

It was a big day for Clarissa - well, she supposed she was LaRue for now. It was time for her first class. Teaching at UA High was certainly a big deal, and she was grateful she had been given the opportunity, especially considering her time as a professional hero had been very brief. That was by her own choice - her mutation Quirk wasn't the most handy thing in combat - but still, she hadn't thought it would make her appealing for the teaching position here. Ultimately, though, things had worked out. She did, after all, have previous experience - not just in teaching physical education, but in acrobatic performance, as well.
In theory, she was pretty well-prepared, but Clarissa was a little nervous. She'd taught at community centers and such before, never at a prestigious school like this. And never an entire group of individuals with Quirks, either. It might be a lot for the rather reserved young woman to handle. But she knew she had to give it her all, and she was going to do so. Even if she didn't feel ready.
Clarissa stepped out from her office and into the gymnasium. Here she went, it started now...
A brief introduction to the students, and soon enough, it was just teaching another class of teens, really. Except for the fact that when they got into little tiffs, well, sometimes their Quirks made them not so little.
