It was a good day to be inside, that was for sure.

"Sorry about your trip, Unca Scrooge..."

Although Louie was very glad it at least wasn't a thunderstorm. The rain was coming down hard, but without thunder and lightning, they were okay to stand by the kitchen window and watch - it was kind of cool-looking, in a way, everything blurred by the rainfall. Even inside the manor, though, the cold of the day's weather could be felt, which was less than cool. Louie pulled his hood up over his head - it still kind of smelled like the soap Boober had washed it with, and that got a nostalgic smile out of him. Sure, that day had been stressful, but all's well that ends well, right? He pulled the hood further down his face, until it was nearly covering his eyes, and inhaled deeply.

Scrooge laughed gently himself; he'd taken Louie a bit further back into the room to give the two Fraggles their privacy, though he must admit that song had caught his attention. Now "caught" himself, he walked back toward the doorway that led to the balcony, leaving Louie to hold the dollar-sign handkerchief as long as he needed it.

"Aye, we saw, and I'm sorry if it seems an intrusion," that last bit to Gobo specifically, before he shifted to bring them both into that smile, "but I'm glad that I did see it." He dipped his head respectfully. "I certainly wish you two many, many happy days together."

Louie smiled, embarrassed and happy both at once. "Yeah, you guys... But, uh, we'll get out of here," he chuckled sheepishly, before taking Scrooge's hand long enough to give it a little tug.

Somewhere beneath all the emotion and flusteredness of the moment, Louie couldn't help feeling smug. He knew it.

Mokey beamed - first over at the retreating Silly Creatures, but she was quick to turn it back to Gobo. She let go of his hand to hold him in a loose but loving embrace, her hands clasped behind his back.

"This is where I've belonged all along - with you."

He glanced at Louie then nodded, making a little hat tipping gesture while he walked off with him.

"Just call if you need anythin'. We'll be downstairs."

He watched them go for a moment or two, then turned back to Mokey, his smile widening some. A soft sigh, and he nuzzled up into her neck, closing his eyes.

"Yeah... I feel the same way."

Mokey's grin softened into a sweet smile at that contact.

"Look at how beautiful the moon is tonight. It's like it knew," she said quietly, glancing up to the sky. "The moon is for us, tonight, Gobo."

Gobo breathed in and held it, then gently sighed. "You should see it over the water, it's really beautiful then..." A soft laugh. "Though I think out here is my new favorite."
