She smirks and shakes her head. "Well yeah, a lot of gross food is healthy. There has to be something redeeming about it. Anyway, if you ask me, pepperoni is the only choice. That or you skip the toppings entirely."

"Ooh, pepperoni's nice!" Drake chimes with a little bit of excitement, before he remembers that he's trying to defend himself, so he forces himself to go on, "...for... kids! ...Because... pepperoni is... a kid's topping. ...For kids!" Then he just shrugs. "Why don't we get half and half?"

It is the simplest way to solve most pizza-related problems, after all!

Gosalyn laughs. "Kinda sounds like you wouldn't mind pepperoni, either." And even if it was a kid's topping, as he said, that still scanned. Drake was kind of a big kid in some ways. "But yeah, half and half works for me."

A big kid? What, the guy going around LARPing as his childhood superhero? He'd find that notion to be ridiculous. "It - might not be so bad." He does quickly admit that before he goes for his phone. "Very well. Half and half it shall be! With the judgement of Solomon, Darkwing Duck has come through!"

"You're such a nerd, you know," Gosalyn chuckled. "But, uh, thanks."

"Don't sweat it," he says with a soft smile. Maybe he can see multiple things she could be thankful for. He knows that he feels thankful too. His smile almost seems like a knowing smirk before he adds, "No use fighting crime on an empty stomach! Now it's time I made that order..."

He then steps away for a moment as he makes the call. ...And spends several minutes trying to tell them exactly which random rooftop to bring the pie to.
