Scrooge laughed gently himself; he'd taken Louie a bit further back into the room to give the two Fraggles their privacy, though he must admit that song had caught his attention. Now "caught" himself, he walked back toward the doorway that led to the balcony, leaving Louie to hold the dollar-sign handkerchief as long as he needed it.
"Aye, we saw, and I'm sorry if it seems an intrusion," that last bit to Gobo specifically, before he shifted to bring them both into that smile, "but I'm glad that I did see it." He dipped his head respectfully. "I certainly wish you two many, many happy days together."
