He pulled himself out of his thoughts with a little shake of his head, looking over and seeing Della walking toward him, trailed by Scrooge a few steps behind.
"Oh. Hey, Della, Uncle Scrooge. Caught me out here thinkin'..." Weak, brief chuckle.
