Despite her nerves, she couldn't help a smile when he popped out. She noticed how he perked up right away when he saw her, too, and her smile just grew at that.

"Kinda? Louie called, 'cause I wanted to talk to you." She patted the arm of the lawn chair she was seated in. "C'mere?"
